Author’s review “This Djarum Cappuccino clove cigarette is very delicious, the clove in it actually goes perfectly with the coffee flavor. It is overall an exquisite cigarette. Despite the traditional Djarum Blacks, this cigarette is WHITE papered, with a cream filter. It is a very sexy cigarette, with BLACK written on the white paper. These are predominately found as an Indonesian domestic brand, worth getting a pack, but i would NOT suggest a whole carton. The Djarum Black Tea is by far the most superb cigarette ever created. No lie.”

Djarum Cappuccino is a very quality kretek cigarette. After trying Sampoerna A Mild and Djarum 76, these top the list.
For a start, the initial flavour after the first puff is phenomenal, you get a great spicy clove flavour. I don’t notice much of a cappuccino taste, but I think it was more designed to be paired with a cappuccino, which I will try tomorrow morning.
These also have a great nicotine hit, it’s a perfect amount for me, I find the Sampoerna A Milds a bit too weak, but these hit the spot. Not too mention the great burn time on these, about 10 minutes or more if smoked slowly.
Would definitely recommend these, now I really would love to try the original Djarum blacks.

I love coffee and kreteks but I got these and didn’t like them. After I smoked 5 or 6 I gave the rest of the pack to someone who smokes Djarum blacks. She said they weren’t bad, so maybe if you’re a DJ black smoker these might be a nice change of pace.

This was my first Kretek – I had been smoking American Djarum Black Menthols and someone suggested trying their cappuccino flavor through this site. I can’t taste any hint of coffee/cappuccino at all, though I taste SOMETHING. Not entirely sure what it is.
I immediately became lightheaded to the point where I had to lie down and pray that I didn’t black out, and I got nauseous. I tried to finish the cigarette but only made it halfway through.
However, these are incredibly smooth. Overall… I’ll never touch these again.

I had high expectations but they weren’t fulfilled, that aside these Kretek’s aren’t bad, they have an interesting flavor that taste very similar to a flavored cappuccino, though the use of fsc paper to roll em is a turn off. Overall it’s a great and enjoyable smoke to be savored, burn time is about 7-8 minutes so be sure to enjoy it and savor, definitely not for chain smoking, especially with the “TAR” and nicotine contents, worth a pack, but I wouldn’t order a carton. That’s just my two cents.
